Renovation Agreement

Before commencing any renovations, you must first complete our Renovation Request Form, and provide a written scope of renovation to the Property Manager. The scope and proposed renovation must be approved by the Board of Directors.

You must complete this agreement for renovations such as, but not limited to, rewiring, major plumbing, changing bathroom fixtures (e.g. tub, toilet, sink), cabinets, non-structural walls, drywall, all flooring, terrace structures. (Note: Changes to structural walls are not permitted and will not be approved.)

Prior to any renovations to your suite (based on the “definition of renovation”), the suite owner must advise the Board of Directors of GCC 12 and the Property Manager via the Renovation Agreement Form which will include details of the scope of work for which approval is being requested.
